Privacy Policy

Clashers ("we", "us") runs Free Fire tournament rooms where players book slots, compete, and earn in-app coins. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.

Information we collect

Account details — email address, mobile number, and the username you choose at signup. Your mobile number is required and must be unique to your account.
Gameplay data — the in-game nickname you enter per match, which rooms you join, your kills, wins, and match results.
Wallet activity — your coin balance and the history of coin credits/debits (entries, kill rewards, win bonuses). This is an in-app points ledger, not financial or payment data — see "Coins are not money" below.
Support messages — anything you send us through in-app Support, so we can help with your issue.
Basic technical data — standard web server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) collected automatically by our hosting providers for security and abuse prevention.

We do not collect payment card details, bank details, or any real-money payment information, because Clashers does not process real-money transactions.

Coins are not money

Coins earned in Clashers are a closed, in-app reward — they are never purchased with real money and can never be withdrawn or exchanged for cash. They exist only to track entries, kill rewards and win bonuses inside the app.

How we use your information

To create and secure your account, and verify you're a real, unique player.
To run tournament rooms — matching you to slots, crediting kill/win coins, and showing you match results and leaderboards.
To respond to support requests and investigate disputes or suspected cheating.
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (e.g. duplicate accounts).

Who we share it with

We use the following processors to run Clashers — they can access data only as needed to provide their service, and don't use it for their own purposes:

Supabase — our database, authentication and file storage provider.
Vercel — our web hosting provider.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising networks or trackers in Clashers.

Data retention

We keep your account and match data for as long as your account is active, so your history, stats and leaderboard standing stay accurate. If you delete your account (see below), we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to keep limited records for fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Your rights — access & deletion

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time, in either of these ways:

In the app — go to Profile → Delete my account.
On the web, without the app — visit clashers.in/delete-account.

Requests are processed within 30 days. You can also email us (below) to request a copy of your data.

Children's privacy

Clashers is intended for users aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.

Security

Passwords are handled entirely by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth) and are never visible to us in plain text. Access to player data in our database is restricted by row-level security policies, so players can only see their own account details.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
